For a healthy weight loss, detoxification and entire regeneration of the body
Ingredients are blended in Vita-Mix for 50 - 60 sec

Energy smoothie (fruit based) Breakfast

Grapefruit, red, 1/2 piece
Pomegranate, juicy seeds from 1/4 fruit
Cranberries, 1 Tbsp
Blueberries, 1 Tbsp
Papaya with seeds, ½ inch cut slice, skin peeled off
Sea weed, 1 Tbsp
Greens: Parsley, ½ bunch or kale, 1 leaf
Greens: Cilantro, ½ bunch or broccoli, ½ cup
Flax seed, 1 Tbsp
Seeds: sunflower, pumpkin, ½ Tbsp each
Nuts: almonds (skin peeled off), walnuts, Brazil nuts, 1 Tbsp
Water, distilled/purified, 1 cup

Energy smoothie (vegetable based) Lunch and dinner

Cucumber, 1 piece middle size or ½ big size
Pomegranate, juicy seeds from 1/4 piece
Greens: Broccoli, 2 oz. or Bock choy, 1 stalk
Radish, 2 pieces
Sea weed, 1 Tbsp
Coconut flesh, 2 oz
Miso, fermented soy beans curd, red,1 Tbsp
Ginger, skin pilled off, 1 inch
Garlic, 1 clove
Water, distilled/purified, 1 cup

All seeds and nuts are soaked in the water and kept in the glass jars in refrigerator. Preferred ingredients are all raw and organic; seeds and nuts are unhulled. Sea salt must be a Celtic sea salt, sun dried, coarse, grey. Four super stars of the Energy Smoothie are Sea weed, Flax seed, Pomegranate and Greens.

Blend for 5 sec on a low speed and then 50-60 sec on a high speed. The load makes 5 cups of a smoothie, a meal for two. Energy smoothie contains all nutrients our body needs and cleanses/detoxifies, too. Put ¼ of an avocado and 1 tsp to1 Tbsp of bee pollen on the top of the Breakfast Energy smoothie.
